Leadership Training
Training will often play a large role in determining and inspiring leadership.
Training may take place at various stages of an individuals life, regardless of whether this is at teenage level or in adult life. Institutions that offer training for future leaders are not necessarily only business schools but even secondary-level educational establishments.
Military training in all ramifications is also seen as a breeding ground for leaders, a fact which seems to hold weight when leadership roles such as that of the United States President are usually focused on whether the candidate in question has military experience which tends to bring less questions about his experience in all other things.
Those without the benefit of this training can usually seek to get this sort of training on how to become a leader from business schools and a number of other such institutions.
