Leader Charisma
Charisma usually plays a large role in determining who becomes a leader.
Charisma is often one of those things which pundits argue true leaders are born with, charisma can be affected although genuine charisma is a talent many leaders would love to have.
In a contest for sensitive positions between two leaders, the more charismatic of the lot would usually have less work in convincing people to follow him/her especially if they have more or less the same qualifications as their opponents.
